Sorry for the low light.
One little survivor of the Soviet era technology, apparently is dating back to 1986. VFD hour / minute segmented numeric display. Alarm sound works but nothing else. Supply seems to be putting out all voltages needed but i don't even see a very faint glow on the cathode filaments as they should be. Upon the alarm sound, it doesn't seem that the smoothing elko has quit or the voltage / current regulation doesn't work. It even seems yet to be aware of seconds and minutes. Probably just display drive problems, maybe it's more serious.
